Your plan and billing

The trial, subscribing, changing your card, cancelling.

The free trial

Every household starts with 14 days free, with no card needed. The app shows how many days are left, and we'll email you three days before it ends.

Subscribing

Zeno is $5 a month or $50 a year (two months free) for the whole household. In the app, open Settings → Your plan, choose monthly or yearly, and select Subscribe.

If you subscribe during your trial, your card is saved now but first charged when the trial ends, so you don't lose any free days. Cards are handled by Helcim, our payment processor; Zeno never sees the number.

Changing your card

In Settings → Your plan, select Update card. Your plan and its dates stay the same; the next payment uses the new card.

If a payment doesn't go through

We'll email you, and Helcim tries again over the next few days. Updating your card retries the payment straight away. If it keeps failing, changes pause 14 days after the missed payment.

Cancelling

Select Cancel subscription in Settings → Your plan. You won't be charged again, and you keep full use until the end of the period you've paid for.

If your trial or plan ends

Nothing is deleted. Everything you've built stays readable in the app and in your assistant; only changes pause. Subscribe again any time and you'll pick up exactly where you left off.
