If you subscribe during your trial, your first charge waits until the trial ends.
Why it costs so little
Zeno doesn't connect to banks, and it doesn't run its own AI. Your bank stays connected to your assistant, and your assistant does the talking. Zeno keeps the plan, the numbers and the record, so it can stay cheap.
If you stop paying
Nothing is deleted. When a trial or subscription ends, everything you built stays readable in the app and in your assistant. Making changes pauses until you subscribe again. To have your data deleted, write to support@zenonest.com.
Payments
Cards are handled by Helcim, our payment processor. Zeno never sees your card number. You can cancel from Settings in the app. When you cancel, you keep full use until the end of the period you paid for.
